He Started a Food Truck in His 50s. Would You? 🍕
After 30 years in corporate America, David decided to take a completely different path.
He started a pizza food truck.
His journey began when he invested in a pizza truck in Houston. As he learned the business — from which cheeses pair best with certain meats to how the operation runs day-to-day — something clicked.
As a native New Yorker, pizza was already in his DNA.
So he decided to go all in and open his own pizza truck in Dallas.
When we spent time together, he wanted to experiment with something new: a brisket pizza.
I was the first to try it.
And let me tell you… it did NOT disappoint.
